Hi! I'm Mitch Matthews.

In 2006, Melissa, my wife, and I started something we called the BIG dream gathering in our home.

We needed help with a BIG dream of ours, so we invited friends over the write their BIG dreams down on pieces of paper and hang them on our walls. Then we encouraged everyone to move around and look at each other's "dream sheets" to see if they could help by offering an idea, some time or an encouraging word.

Originally, Melissa and I thought it would be kind of a "party," and would only last for a few hours on a Tuesday night.

Well that "party" turned into a gathering that lasted for over a week!

All in our little house in West Des Moines, Iowa!

And now... it's continued to grow.

We've continued to hold BIG dream gathering... in larger venues and now... around the country.

The BIG dream gathering is a safe place where REAL people can connect... talk about their BIG dreams... and maybe even get... and give... a little help!

Let's face it... this is how REAL people get BIG dreams done!
